Seema Shah
?My name is Seema Shah. I was born in 1969. I am from Delhi, but I am now settled in Jaipur after my marriage. I am known for my creative mind, deep thinking and helpful nature.

?From a very young age, I used to do painting and embroidery with my grandmother. She was probably the one who inspired me. I had many teachers in my home, like my grandmother, my mother and my aunts. Later on, after I completed my graduation, I took some formal training. I used to experiment on my own clothes. I have learned various arts like fabric painting, batik and sewing.

?I work with my husband. He looks after production and accounts, whereas I look after designing and sampling. It's been a long and intriguing journey, with many ups and downs. I am happy to be where I am right now. It's been 10 years now since we have started our own company. Our goal is to stay abreast with what's happening in the world of fashion. As a designer, I want my artisans to physically develop my ideas on a piece of fabric. For that I have been supported by my trusted team, who has been working dedicatedly with me for a long time.

?We work with different type of fabrics - cotton, rayon, linen, denim, polyester, satin, georgette, crepe, flax, moss crepe and more. A wide range of colors, prints, laces, embroideries and styles are carefully selected to produce high quality garments to fit the needs of our customers. Our commitment to using advanced manufacturing techniques and fine fabrics, while providing a safe working environment for our employees, makes us stand out. We strive to offer the maximum customer satisfaction through our strong focus on manufacturing and delivering top-quality products and services every time.

?Our company gives a lot of importance to teamwork and partnerships, and believes that all of its suppliers and buyers are its partners in business. Together we can grow farther and achieve greater heights. When our buyers ask us to develop a piece from their inspiration, it requires a lot of effort; and when it is appreciated, we are energized to again develop some new garment designs.

?Our craftwork has generated a lot of employment in my local community. By continuous effort, I am trying to involve more and more people into my organization. I hope to become more successful and serve the society better by generating more employment. We strongly believe that a company will progress when its employees are motivated, buyers are happy, suppliers are content and its values and ethics are strong enough to get it through tough times.

?We have participated in many trade shows, the apparel export promotion council's fair at Delhi, and the export promotion council of handicrafts organized at Delhi. We love to demonstrate our collection and meet new people to understand the needs of the market. It helps to add new capabilities to stay up to the mark. I am thankful to you for providing me a platform to showcase my designs online worldwide.?
