Known as calavera la comadre, or 'midwife skull,' the pendant of this necklace is crafted from Taxco sterling silver. The grinning skull features smaller skulls within its eyes, its head wreathed in flowers and other small skulls. Mexican artisan Angel Ortiz creates the pendant necklace, which circles the neck with black rubber cord that closes with a sterling clasp.
